Where we ship

BoomerangFun currently accepts checkout shipping addresses in the United States and Canada. Orders outside these regions are not supported at checkout yet.

Shipping cost

Launch-period orders include free tracked standard shipping for supported US and Canada addresses. If this changes, the final shipping option and cost will be shown in Stripe Checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery estimates

• Order processing: usually 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Estimated US delivery: 2–5 business days after shipment.
• Estimated Canada delivery: 5–10 business days after shipment.
• Peak seasons, carrier delays, remote addresses, and customs checks may extend delivery times.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking details are added to your order page. Sign in with the same email used at checkout and open My Orders to view carrier, tracking number, and status updates.

Customs and taxes

Prices are shown in USD. Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, GST/HST/PST, brokerage, or other local charges depending on destination rules. These charges are the buyer's responsibility unless explicitly shown as collected at checkout.
