Returns & Refunds

A simple, customer-friendly policy for damaged, incorrect, or unsuitable items.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in their original packaging where possible, and include proof of purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will help arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Return shipping

For customer preference returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Safety and final sale exceptions

Used items with visible wear, items damaged by misuse, and clearly marked final-sale promotional items may not be eligible for return. This does not affect your rights for defective or incorrectly shipped products.
